1. New product development of artificial graphite anode materials. Lead the development of new products and mass production, and the development of new process verification;
2. Formulate the small-scale to pilot process plan of R&D products, optimize the production process, and guide the experimenter to follow the process;
3. Manage the optimization and upgrading of the company's products, and coordinate and manage the declaration of new projects, patent applications and scientific and technological awards.
Job requirements
1. More than one year of experience in the research and development of anode materials;
2. Master/doctoral/postdoctoral fellow, materials/physics/chemistry related majors, good comprehensive quality.
