1. Establish and improve supplier evaluation system and standards, assess suppliers, and regularly audit suppliers;
2. Regularly hold supplier MBR (monthly operation meeting) or QBR (quarterly operation meeting) meeting;
3. Understand the supplier's production process and key control points, and assist in solving problems in the production process or quality control;
4. Work closely with suppliers to quickly solve the supply;
5. The quality and delivery of commercial products, and continuously improve the quality of procurement;
6. Conduct assessment and evaluation of suppliers, and carry out grade management according to the assessment results of suppliers;
7. Supplier quality monthly report, FAR (adverse analysis report) report follow-up and confirmation;
8. Handling of material abnormalities and confirmation of improvement effects;
9. Counsel suppliers and promote internal quality improvement of suppliers.

1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. More than three years working experience as an SQE engineer;
3. Familiar with the five major tools and have practical experience;
4. Rich experience in supplier auditing, with the ability to tutor suppliers;
5. Have a strong ability to find and solve problems, as well as the ability to summarize and report;
6. Work background in lithium battery related industries is preferred.

1. Responsible for maintaining customer relationship management, handling and solving customer demands, so as to reduce customer complaint rate and return rate;
2. Customer complaint abnormal responsibility judgment and assessment, customer complaint measures implementation tracking, audit and assessment;
3. Reply to customer 8D reports, regularly submit quality summary reports and improvement results to customers;
4. Accompany the customer's visit, assist the system engineer to complete the follow-up of the customer's audit problem points and reply on schedule;
5. Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and propose long-term improvement countermeasures for existing problems;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

4. Rich experience in handling customer complaints, with strong coordination and communication skills;
5. Have strong ability to find and solve problems, as well as summary and reporting ability;
