Job information
1. Establish and improve supplier evaluation system and standards, assess suppliers, and regularly audit suppliers;
2. Regularly hold supplier MBR (monthly operation meeting) or QBR (quarterly operation meeting) meeting;
3. Understand the supplier's production process and key control points, and assist in solving problems in the production process or quality control;
4. Work closely with suppliers to quickly solve the supply;
5. The quality and delivery of commercial products, and continuously improve the quality of procurement;
6. Conduct assessment and evaluation of suppliers, and carry out grade management according to the assessment results of suppliers;
7. Supplier quality monthly report, FAR (adverse analysis report) report follow-up and confirmation;
8. Handling of material abnormalities and confirmation of improvement effects;
9. Counsel suppliers and promote internal quality improvement of suppliers.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. More than three years working experience as an SQE engineer;
3. Familiar with the five major tools and have practical experience;
4. Rich experience in supplier auditing, with the ability to tutor suppliers;
5. Have a strong ability to find and solve problems, as well as the ability to summarize and report;
6. Work background in lithium battery related industries is preferred.
